Three Creeks Farms is the culmination of a lifelong dream of Kyle & Beth Raque. Early in his career, Dr. Raque developed an affinity for the outdoors. Following his graduation from Paideia Highschool in Atlanta Georgia, Dr. Raque moved to the mountains of North Georgia, where he worked on a farm in Gilmer County for several years. He moved to Missoula Montana in 1995 to pursue his love of the outdoors and a career in Recreation Resource Management. There he became an avid fly fisherman and further honed his outdoor skills.

While working in a group home with developmentally disabled children and young adults in Montana, Dr. Raque realized that his passion for the outdoors and his growing commitment towards helping others could be intertwined. He promptly changed his major to Psychology. While roaming the mountains of Montana, the early seeds for a future program were sown. Dr. Raque would go on to graduate from the University of Montana and pursue his graduate studies at Spalding University, an APA accredited professional psychology program located in Louisville Kentucky. After completing his internship in Tucson Arizona, Dr. Raque returned home to the Appalachian Mountains of North Georgia, where he established Blue Ridge Psychological Services (BRPS) with his father and fellow psychologist, in Blue Ridge Georgia. BRPS began as small practice with two providers, and 17 years later would grow into one of the largest and most successful private group practices in North Georgia. All the while, the dream of how to integrate the outdoors with evidenced-based practice continued to percolate and develop.

Kyle and Beth Raque met in 2005. Their first date was kayaking down the Toccoa River, near Beth’s mother’s cabin, where Beth had spent many of her days as a child and young adult. Beth too shared a love for the outdoors and an appreciation for the power of nature. She enjoyed many days on the river, kayaking and connected with nature. Always an ardent animal lover, Beth worked in a veterinarian’s office in North Georgia for 15 years. She was the office manager of a practice for 12 years before returning to school to obtain her certification as a Licensed Professional Nurse in 2006. All of Beth’s family and friends call on her regularly for advice about how to help with their animals health and wellness. Beth began working with Dr. Raque at BRPS in 2017, functioning as the intake coordinator and office manager. All the while, Beth continued to dream of ways to utilize animals and nature to help others.
Six years ago, with a shared vision of the future, Kyle & Beth Raque purchased Three Creeks Farm. Over the last several years Kyle, Beth and their daughter have worked to develop Three Creeks into a Program to promote the health of wellness of the Three Creek’s heard of animals and the children and families they wish to serve. The program incorporates the healing powers of the outdoors, animals and nature with the scientific methods of psychology to provide therapeutic experiences to children with emotional issues and mental health diagnoses. Here at Three Creeks, skilled clinicians will work with nature to provide healing and lasting interventions that your child will draw on for a lifetime!
