Three Creeks is excited to work closely with The Healing Farm Foundation (HFF).
HFF is a nonprofit organization that was established with the mission of providing a sanctuary and healing place where farm animals can be rescued and nurtured though proper animal husbandry and positive interactions with at-risk youth. Visit https://healingfarmfoundation.org/
HFF will help foster mutually beneficial relationships for rescued animals and at-risk youth. The nonprofit will also help to establish scholarships for children in need of financial assistance in order to be able to participate in the therapeutic services at Three Creeks.
