Individual Therapy:

Each of our clinicians utilize evidenced-based skills within a therapeutic framework to assist individuals with clinical issues such as depression, anxiety, and quality of life issues. Clients will be matched to the therapist depending upon the clinical need and expertise of the clinician.

Family Therapy:

When treating our clients, we recognize that their families are an important aspect of their lives. Our clinicians will determine if family therapy is indicated. If so, the primary therapist may provide some family interventions and/or link the family with specialized family therapist.

Group Therapy:

Three Creeks will offer a variety of group interventions, including modalities utilizing Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). If indicated, your therapist might also recommend Equine-Assisted group interventions, which may include group activities such as observing the herd, grooming, leading, and obstacle courses. All animal work is done on the ground and NO RIDING OF ANIMALS IS PROVIDED.

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy:

This is our most unique intervention that your therapist may recommend. These interventions will be co-led by therapist and equine specialist, who will work alongside you or your child to interact therapeutically with a trained equine.

Intensive Outpatient Program:

Three Creeks will also offer an IOP. Only a limited number of children will be accepted at any one time. Children admitted to the six-week program will receive treatment for three hours per day, three days per week. Each child will have an individual therapist who will work in conjunction with an Equine Specialist to develop an individualized treatment plan.
